So, here's the challenge at The Playdate Cafe for this week:

And here's my take on it (an art journal page)

In the past, I have never really started an art journal page with a specific color scheme in mind, but I LOVE how this turned out so I know I will be doing more in the future.
Products used include all sorts of paint, gesso, stencils, sprays, stamps, etc. My favorite stencil on this page, the hexagons, are actually the remnants from punching out game pieces for The Settlers of Catan. Oh how I love my husband's (and mine) pack-rat tendencies sometimes!

You are always welcome to make anything crafty to enter in our challenge!
What a cool collage/mixed media page you've made. And I like your upcycling of those game pieces!
Thanks for playing with us at The Play Date Cafe!
This is so awesome. I love the grunge feel of it and in such great colors! Thank you so much for playing along at The Play Date Cafe this week.
